Gaby Spanic, born December 10, 1973, in Ortiz, Venezuela, is a Venezuelan actress, model, and singer of Croatian descent. She gained international fame for her dual role as Paola and Paulina in the telenovela La usurpadora (1998). Spanic has starred in numerous other telenovelas, including Prisionera (2004), Soy tu dueña (2010), and Corazón guerrero (2022). In 1992, she participated in the Miss Venezuela pageant, winning the title of Miss Venezuela International. Beyond acting, she has released music albums and appeared in theater productions such as Un Picasso. In 2020, she competed in Hungary's Dancing with the Stars, becoming the first Latina to participate in the show.
